Way to Go, Jose! We’re very proud of CPHM Deputy Director Jose Zermeno, who is now a Certified Medical Transport Executive!

To receive this certification, Jose completed the first part of the training in 2021, which was an intensive, week-long class at the Medical Transport Leadership Institute in West Virginia. Earlier this month, he returned for the second week-long training.

In total, Jose completed, 80 hours of classes plus late nights of homework, projects, and a final presentation – that’s a lot of work!

Jose’s leadership skills are used every day as he oversees the clinical services for CPHM and manages the medical staff.

Education and training are a top priority for everyone at CPHM. Our crews constantly train on the latest medical techniques so that we can provide premier patient care. And our leadership team regularly participates in training to make sure that they are able to bring out the best in every employee. As an agency, we never stop learning!
