CPHM is proud to be named a 2020 Top Workplace by the Albany Times Union! This is the second time the agency has received this honor.
CPHM Executive Director Alan Bell said, “Being named a Top Workplace is very meaningful for us. This award is based solely on feedback received from our staff, so we know that our employees are truly engaged and we really have achieved a successful culture.”
CPHM Staff were asked to complete an anonymous survey and provide feedback to a third-party technology partner who compiled and analyzed the results. The survey measured 15 major elements that are critical to organizational success and employee satisfaction. These factors include alignment with agency values, leadership, execution of strategic plans, connection with management, and job satisfaction and appreciation. All participating workplaces were ranked within their category designation of small, medium and large-sized workplaces. CPHM, with 93 employees, was ranked within the Top 20 for Small Workplaces.
“The close-knit culture at CPHM is one of the reasons we are able to accomplish our mission of providing premier patient care and successful, integrated community partnerships,” Bell continued. “Our staff are our biggest asset. CPHM employees are valued for everything they bring to our agency and their commitment to our vision of excellence. The survey results show that our employees feel they have a rewarding work environment. They enjoy the team culture we have developed at CPHM.”
