Clifton Park & Halfmoon Emergency Corps. (CPHM EMS) has been selected as a beneficiary of the “Hannaford Helps” Reusable Bag Program featuring their bright blue bag! This exciting program was designed to create revenue streams for local nonprofits like CPHM EMS.

For every blue “Hannaford Helps” Reusable Bag purchased at the 19 Clifton Country Road, Clifton Park Hannaford, CPHM EMS will receive a $1 donation in order to help fulfill their mission of providing premier patient care and community partnerships.

CPHM EMS will be sponsored by this new program from October 15th-December 31st.
